For people with transportation or mobility barriers (wheelchair users, home-/bed-bound, post-op, bariatric, fall-risk, second-floor walk-ups, ADA constraints), our services remove the clinic travel burden.
Facility and program partners, wellness coordinators, nursing directors/DONs, and administrators rely on us to coordinate on-site dental days with full compliance support.
Schedule & Verify – We establish your service address and entry requirements, gather patient medical background information, assess insurance coverage, and deliver detailed written cost estimates.
Arrive & Set Up – Our mobile dental team transports state-of-the-art portable equipment (digital X-ray systems, ultrasonic instrumentation, suction apparatus) and creates a professional dental treatment environment in any suitable, clean area with standard power supply.
Treat & Review – We execute the planned dental procedures, communicate clinical observations and future care recommendations, supply comprehensive written aftercare guidance, and process insurance documentation as appropriate.
What space does your team need for setup?
Only a hygienic, well-lit space with access to a standard electrical outlet (family room/master bedroom/private area).
Preventive: complete oral health evaluations, digital X-ray imaging, professional dental cleanings, fluoride therapy, oral cancer detection
Restorative: natural-looking composite fillings; custom-crafted crowns and bridges; full and partial denture services (new construction, maintenance, adjustments, refitting)
Endodontic: root canal procedures (evaluated case-by-case)
Extractions: standard and limited surgical tooth removal (third molars excluded)
Whitening: professional dental whitening treatments
Urgent: acute pain/inflammation evaluation, broken/cracked tooth management, lost restoration replacement, infection diagnosis, emergency stabilization and referral coordination
Note: Some treatments may necessitate follow-up visits or completion at our La Verne office location when clinically warranted.
Fee‑for‑service: Payment due at time of dental care delivery. We submit claim documentation to your PPO insurance as a complimentary service for potential reimbursement. We do not maintain in‑network agreements with dental insurance companies. Coverage levels and reimbursement amounts differ by plan type.
